These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://accelos.io and the AccelOS platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
AccelOS provides a software platform for running fundraising, application, and portfolio workflows, including content, tools, and databases made available through your organization's workspace. We may improve or change features over time, and we will not materially reduce the core functionality you have paid for during a paid term.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Workspaces belong to the organization that creates them; workspace administrators control who can join and what members can access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to use the service to:
You and your organization retain all rights to content you add to the platform. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
The service, including its software, design, templates, courses, and databases, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our brands or content beyond the use of the service.
Some parts of the service are free; others require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. Upon termination we will make workspace data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Content on the platform — including courses, templates, and investor data — is provided for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
