Security is foundational to AccelOS. This page describes the measures we take to keep your data safe.
AccelOS runs on hardened cloud infrastructure in the European Union, deployed across redundant, containerized environments with automated, reviewed releases.
All traffic between your browser and the service is encrypted in transit with TLS. Data is encrypted at rest at the storage layer.
The platform is multi-tenant by design: every query is scoped to your organization, and access checks are enforced in the application layer on every operation so one workspace can never read another workspace’s data.
Access to production systems follows the principle of least privilege and requires strong authentication. Within the product, role-based access control lets workspace administrators decide exactly what members can see and do.
Every change goes through code review and automated checks before release. Dependencies are monitored and updated continuously, and errors are tracked centrally so regressions are caught early.
Databases are backed up automatically with point-in-time recovery, and backups are tested as part of normal operations.
We monitor the platform around the clock. If an incident affects your data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay, in line with our legal obligations.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it to [email protected]. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will respond promptly.
