Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?+

Yes. Contact our sales team to learn about discounted pricing for nonprofits, educational institutions.

I forgot my workspace URL — how do I sign in?+

On the sign-in page, enter your workspace URL — the part before .nfrontacademy.com. If you forget it, ask any admin on the team or write to support and we will look it up.

How do I set up a new platform?+

Click Get Access in the top right and follow the prompts. We provision the platform at <your-chosen-id>.<our-domain>.com, invite your first admin by email, and walk you through CMS, CRM, Tools, and AI in under five minutes.

You can change to your own domain later, from Admin -> Branding

Can I switch plans anytime?+

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades and at the end of your billing period for downgrades.

What happens after the 14-day trial?+

Your trial converts to a paid subscription automatically. You can downgrade to Free before the trial ends to avoid any charges.

How does per-seat billing work?+

You pay per admin seat (users with ADMIN role). Admin seats auto-scale as you add team members. External users (content consumers) are always free and unlimited.

What are external users?+

External users are anyone who accesses your content but is not an admin. They can view courses, use tools, and access resources — all for free, with no seat limit.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans can be canceled at the end of the billing year.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.

How do add-ons work?+

Add-ons are optional packages that extend your platform with specialized tools. They have their own pricing based on external user count. You can activate or deactivate them from your admin dashboard.

What's included in Enterprise?+

Enterprise includes everything in Professional plus unlimited admin seats, custom invoicing, 24/7 dedicated support, prioritized feature implementation, all current and future add-ons, and custom onboarding.

How does the Raise Package work?+

The Raise Package is an add-on that includes the Investor Database, Founder Salary Calculator, Raise Readiness Dashboard, Raise Playbook, and VC Talks. Pricing is tiered based on external user count.

Which integrations do you support?+

We integrate with the major CRMs, calendar providers, and identity providers (Google, Microsoft, SAML SSO on Enterprise). The full list lives in your admin panel under Integrations.

How do you handle SSO, audit logs, and compliance?+

On Enterprise we offer SAML SSO, custom domains, audit logs, data-residency options, and a signed DPA. Reach out to support and we will set up a security review.

What happens after I report a bug?+

Reports come with a 24-hour acknowledgment promise on every plan. We triage with the priority you set on the form, and Enterprise customers get a 24/7 escalation channel.
